Patrick McCaw founded the Pd.PropertyDistritbution company at age 30.  McCaw has always wanted to work for himself, and invest in things that can make the world a better place.  After graduating from Northwood University with a  bachelor in Business Administration, and main focus in Automotive Aftermarket, he moved to Germany.  He also acquired minors in Marketing Management and International Business.

 

While in Germany, McCaw worked for a local University within the International Business department.  After that, he was fortunate enough to be part of a world's first program, designing a Master's Engineering course in corporation with Volkswagen Headquarters.

The next 7 years were spent back in the U.S.A, within automotive sales, at the dealership level.  Taking part in auto show events, and creating walk-around videos for luxury autos, was only a small part of that 7-year career.  He also deisgned custom web-based internet pages, and documents for assessing customer needs and client reviews.

​

Always priding himself in being personable, and cutting through the chatter, McCaw used those skills to establish a vast network.  It's no surprise his colleagues and business associates, span the entire globe.  He believes that all customers deserve a home...
